自制生物促凝管在临床化学检测中的应用
Application in clinical chemistry of a new self-made organism promoting coagulation tube
【摘要】 目的探讨自制生物促凝管在临床化学检测中的应用价值。方法应用自制促凝管及普通试管各取564例血液标本,比较总胆红素、直接胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸转移酶、γ-谷胺酰转移酶等26个项目的检测结果。结果两种试管留置标本的26个项目检测结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自制促凝管高效促凝,在不影响临床化学检测结果的同时,使因分离血清不彻底导致大型生物化学分析仪进样针和管道堵塞现象大为降低。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of a self-made organism promoting coagulation tube application in clinical chemistry.Methods 564 blood samples were collected in self-made organism promoting coagulation tubes and common tubes.Bilirubin total(BIT),bilirubin direct(BID),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and gamma glutamyltranspeptidase.Results There were no statistical difference of the results between the two kinds of tubes(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made organism promoting coagulation tube has high efficiency on promoting coagulation and has minimal effect upon clinical chemistry test.Moreover,it prevents needle blocking-up and pipe blocking-up of automatic biochemistry analyzer due to serum separation incompletely.
