基于DSP的全数字化IGBT逆变PMAG焊机研制

【摘要】 设计了以TMS320F240为核心的控制系统,为了控制焊机的输出功率和焊机的输出外特性,设计采用了脉宽调制型控制方式。结合TMS320F240输出的PWM波形,设计了专门的分频电路。利用霍尔传感器设计了电流、电压反馈系统,形成了闭环控制系统。针对焊接过程中可能出现的过流、过热、过/欠压等故障,设计了相应的保护电路和报警电路。分析了系统软件的功能,采用模块化软件设计方法,设计了控制系统主程序、中断服务程序以及子程序。系统经调试后,输出的波形理想、控制可靠,实现了全数字化PMAG的控制。

【Abstract】 A control system based on TMS320F240 was designed.PWM control mode was adopted to control output power and output characteristic of the machine.According to the output PWM waveform of TMS320F240,a special circuit was devised for divide one PWM pulse into two.A closed loop control system was formed by current and voltage feedback system make up of Hall sensors.Aim to possible failures happened in welding processing such as over current,over/below voltage,over heat,a corresponding protect and alarm circuit was designed.After analysis the function of system software,main program,interrupt service program and subroutine were designed use modeling develop ways.After debugging,the system can output perfect waveform and the control was also reliable.So,the priority of the digital control was indicated.
