【Abstract】 By investigating and analyzing 910 middle-school teachers in five provinces and cities,the results show that as for the contents of middle-school teachers’ psychology bond,the teachers think that importance is different between them and schools in responsibility and obligation.Considering the structure of psychology bond,the responsibility of the teachers can be classified into such three dimensions as responsibilities of position,interpersonal relation and development while the responsibility schools should bear for teachers including three dimensions like financial,environment and humanistic responsibilities.更多还原
