【摘要】 教研室是高校教学研究的基层教学组织,在专业建设、课程编排、教师管理等方面发挥着重要的作用。在新时期高校不断扩招的形势下,地方高校的教研室管理工作被边缘化的问题必须引起地方高校及职能部门的高度重视。地方高校要进一步加强教研室建设,必须加强教研室主任的选拔和使用,根据成员结构开展教研活动,创造教研活动良好的氛围,制定教研室管理与建设的质量评价指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teaching research section is the grass-roots teaching organization of teaching research in university which plays an important part in specialty constructing, curriculum arranging and teachers managing. Now with the continuous expansion of enrollment in university the local universities and functional departments must pay close attention to the problem marginalizing the management of teaching research section. Local universities must strengthen further the construction of teaching research section and the selection & the use of head of teaching research section, and carry out teaching research activity based on the structure of its membership, make good environment for teaching research activity and frame the quality-assessing norms for management and construction of teaching research section.更多还原
