高等教育均衡测算指标体系及方法的前期研究

【摘要】 阐述基尼系数与罗伦茨曲线的内涵及其与教育差异衡量的相关,得出修正罗伦茨曲线,并以此为基础构建高等教育均衡测算的指标体系及其测算方法,创建高等教育基尼系数公式,从而为我国政府及有关部门进行教育差距测算提供参考标准和预警机制。

【Abstract】 Expatiating on the connotation of Gini Coefficient and Lorentz Curve as well as its correlation between educational diversity estimation,to educe emendatory Lorentz Curve,and on this basic to construct indices and estimate means of higher education equilibrium estimation,then to establish the Gini coefficient formulary of higher education,which in order to offer reference standard and prediction mechanism of educational gap estimation to the government.
