【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the characteristic of multi-variet and small volume production and superiority of intellectual control method, it proposes the process quality integration control model of multi-varieties and small volume product. Considering the merit and relation of the existing quality control process, it discusses the methods of process quality integration control.
