CO2激光焊接汽车镀锌板的试验研究
Experimental Study on CO2 Laser Welding of Galvanized Sheet of Vehicle
【摘要】 为避免出现不稳定的焊接模式,在试验的基础上,通过建立激光焊接稳定性的计算模型,优化了焊接工艺参数。采用同轴和侧吹保护气体的方法,解决了因锌的蒸发及环境中水分等的影响下,在激光焊接时焊缝中易于形成气孔和出现不稳定的焊接模式的问题。研究结果表明:在同轴和侧吹保护气体的条件下,激光深熔焊接能有效地避免高强度镀锌钢热影响区(HAZ)的软化,控制焊缝气孔及焊接接头裂纹的产生。
【Abstract】 It optimizes welding technological parameter after establishing stable calculation model of laser welding.By adopting blowing coaxial and side protective gas it avoids gas hole and unstable welding pattern owed to evaporation of Zinc and moisture of circumstances in laser welding.The experimental result indicates that deep penetration laser welding can effectively avoid softening HAZ,control the gas hole and restrain joint flaw of welding of zinc coated high strength steel by blowing coaxial and side protective gas.
