基于虚拟仪器的变速箱故障诊断数据采集系统
Data Acquisition System of Transmission Fault Diagnosis Based on Virtual Instrument
【摘要】 根据基于重采样的阶次分析理论,结合工业现场实际情况,配置了变速箱故障诊断系统的硬件平台,并确定了相应的软件流程.实现了变速箱振动和转速信号的同步采集,并对同步效果进行了验证.针对工业现场的干扰,从软件上进行了处理.整个系统以此为基础,完成了数据采集及后续的分析、存取数据库任务,在实际运行中效果良好.
【Abstract】 According to resampling-based order analysis theory,considering the real situation in workshop,a hardware system is configured for transmission fault diagnosis system and the structure of software is confirmed.This system achieves and validates synchronous data acquisition of vibration and tachos signals.In order to avoid the interference in workshop,the software is specially designed.Based on the hardware the transmission fault diagnosis system does the task of data acquisition,analysis and saving to database,and has a good effect.
