【Abstract】 National modernized process needs to mobilize the manpower of entire society and get resources from society,and it is the process of strengthening national ability increasingly.In order to comply with the request of modernization,it is necessary for us to mobilize each kind of social resource,unite each kind of social strength,establish stable economic society order,form recognition of people to modernization,maintain the unity entire nation and country,we need an authoritative and powerful central government;to increase national ability and accelerate modernization of our country advancement.This article attempts to analyze the concept, the content and development present situation of national ability.The suggestions about future national ability construction are put forward,and strengthening the vital role of central government ability in society transition process is emphasized.更多还原
