癸基糖苷的合成与性能
SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF DECYL POLYGLUCOSIDE
【摘要】 以葡萄糖、正丁醇和正癸醇为原料,十二烷基苯磺酸和硫酸的混合酸为催化剂,采用二步法合成了癸基糖苷(C10-APG),并用FT-IR和ESI-MS进行了结构表征。适宜的工艺条件为:m(十二烷基苯磺酸):m(硫酸)=4:1,m(催化剂);m(葡萄糖)=0.011:1,n(正丁醇):n(葡萄糖)=5.0:1,n(正癸醇):n(葡萄糖)=2.5:1,第一步反应温度为109-110℃,第二步反应温度为80-100℃(5.33 kPa)。结果表明,C10- APG具有良好的发泡力和泡沫稳定性,润湿力较好,HLB值约为16。
【Abstract】 Decyl polyglucoside (C10-APG) was synthesized by a two-step process, using glucose, n-bu-tanol and n-decyl alcohol as raw materials, and the mixed acid of doceyl benzenesulfonic acid and sul-furic acid as catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions was obtained as follows: m(dodecyl phenylsulf-fonic acid) : m(sulfuric acid) =4 : 1, m(catalyst) : m(glucose) =0. 011: 1, n(w-butanol) : n(glu-cose) =5 : 1, and n(n-decyl alcohol) : n(glucose) =2. 5 : 1, reaction temperature 109 - 110℃in the first step under atmospheric pressure , while 80 - 100℃in the second step under vacuum 5. 33 kPa. The property tests showed that C10-APG had good foaming power, foam stability and wetting power (14. 8 s) and its HLB was about 16. The structural characteristics of C10-APG was investigated by FT-IR and electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS).
