Cuo/13X分子筛的制备及其在汽油深度吸附脱硫中的应用
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF CuO/13X MOLECULAR SIEVE FOR DEEP ADSORPTION DESULFURIZATION OF GASOLINE
【摘要】 为有效达到汽油深度脱硫的目的,以13X分子筛为载体,采用浸渍法制备了用于催化裂化汽油深度脱硫的吸附剂CuO/13X,考察了CuO/13X的制备条件和吸附脱硫条件对其脱硫效果的影响。适宜的制备条件为CuSO4溶液浓度0.2mol/L,浸渍时间6h,干燥温度100℃,焙烧温度350℃,焙烧时间2h;适宜的吸咐条件为常温、常压吸附,剂油比1:4,吸附时间0.5h。在最优条件下,CuO/13X对4种模拟汽油中硫的脱除率均在88%以上,CuO/13X的硫容可达4.0mg/g左右。
【Abstract】 Deep desulfurization of transportation fuels is receiving increasing attention in petroleum industry due to increasingly stringent regulations and fuel specifications.Adsorbent,CuO/13X,was prepared using the impregnation technique for deep desulfurization of gasoline,and effects of prepara- tion and adsorption conditions on the performance of the adsorbents were investigated.The suitable preparation conditions of CuO/13X were.bluestone concentration 0.2 tool/L,impregnation time 6 h, drying temperature 100℃,calcination temperature 350℃,calcination time 2 h.The suitable adsorp- tion conditions were.ambient temperature and pressure,adsorbent-oil ratio 1:4 and adsorption time 1 h.Under the above conditions,the desulfurization percentages of S-containing compounds in four model gasoline were all above 88%.The adsorption capacity of CuO/13X reached to 4.0 mg/g.
