油井水泥触变剂的筛选评价
Selection and Evaluation of Four Thixotropic Agents of Oil Well Cement
【摘要】 运用静切力法对几种触变剂进行筛选优化,考察了4种触变剂(石膏、硫酸铝、钙膨润土、海泡石)对水泥浆体系触变性和流变性的影响,并分别在常温常压不养护条件下和常压、75℃下养护20min条件下进行评价,筛选出一种具有明显触变能力的触变剂。结果表明,硫酸铝触变能力较强,且在75℃下的触变能力比25℃下更强。
【Abstract】 Four kinds of thixotropic agents (gypsum,aluminum sulfate,calcium bentonite,sepiolite) were evaluated in experiments for their basic properties and their effects on oil well cement slurry at 25 ℃,0.1 MPa or 75 ℃,0.1 MPa for 20 min respectively. The results showed that aluminum sulfate was the strongest thixotropic agent in four agents and its thixotropic effect at 75 ℃ was stronger than that at 25 ℃.
