红景天甙提取工艺的优化研究

【摘要】 采用正交实验法选出提取红景天有效成分红景天甙的最佳条件,即乙醇含量70%,料液比7∶1,热回流时间1.5h,热回流1次,4因素中乙醇含量对红景天甙收率影响最显著。在提取红景天甙最佳条件下,考察了3种药材预处理方法,即去离子水浸泡法、超声波振动法以及微波加热法对红景天甙收率的影响,结果表明,去离子水浸泡8h,红景天甙收率约1.53%,超声波振动15min,红景天甙收率达1.55%,微波加热30s,红景天甙收率达1.56%,说明微波加热法萃取快,收率高,是3种预处理方法中最好方法,值得推广使用。

【Abstract】 The optimum conditions for extracting Rhodiola salidroside as effective component from Rhodiola rosea were selected by orthogonal experiment as follows:content of alcohol 70%,the ratio of raw material to liquid 7∶1,refluxing time 1.5 hours,heat reflux only once.Content of alcohol among the above four factors was the most significant factor influencing the yield of salidroside.Under the optimum conditions for extraction of salidroside,three methods to pretreat ingredients were examined.The results showed that the material was immersed in de-ionic water for 8 hours and salidroside yield was about 1.53%;when the raw material was treated under ultrasonic vibration for 15 minutes,salidroside yield was 1.55%;when the raw material was treated by microwave heating for 30 seconds,salidroside yield was 1.56%,indicating the extraction using microwave heating was fast with highest yield,and was the best way among the three methods.
