硫酸钡防垢剂FBR的合成与性能评价
Synthesis and Performance Evaluation of Barium Sulfate Scale Inhibitor FBR
【摘要】 以顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸和丙烯酸甲酯为原料进行共聚反应,制备了防垢剂FBR。考察了防垢剂加量、温度、防垢时间、体系pH值及矿化度对防垢性能的影响。结果表明,在70℃下防垢时间为16 h时防垢率在97%以上,80℃下防垢率仍可达95%以上;在高成垢离子浓度条件下, FBR仍具有较好的防垢能力。
【Abstract】 A barium sulfate scale inhibitor FBR was prepared by copolymerization of maleic anhydride, acrylic acid and methyl acrylate. The effects of the dosage of FBR, temperature, time, pH value and mineralization grade on scale inhibiting capacity were investigated. The result indicated that the scale inhibiting rate was above 97 % at the temperature of 70℃and the scale inhibiting time of 16 h.The scale inhibiting rate was still above 95% at the temperature of 80℃.
