朝鲜蓟组培繁殖技术初探
Preliminary Exploration of Tissue Culture and Propagation of Artichoke
【摘要】 在MS母液培养基上加细胞分裂素2倍、生长素30倍的朝鲜蓟的组培效果较好,组培后第15d,苗高达到3.5cm,而且长势迅速,分蘖苗多,植株健壮。
【Abstract】 The artichoke tissue culture was acceptable which young plants grew fast and the height reached to 3.5 cm,tillers were exuberant and single plant was strong after 15 days’ culture when 2 times CTK and 30 times IAA were added to MS educate medium.
