【摘要】 采用田间小区试验研究了齐穗期喷施3种外源激素(GA3、6-BA、BR)对二晚生长后期叶片衰老的影响,测定了剑叶的膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量与SOD、CAT活性等与衰老相关的指标。结果表明:3种外源激素对水稻叶片的衰老都有延缓作用,并能提高结实率,最终达到增加产量的目的,其中以6-BA的效果最好。但外源激素对水稻叶片衰老作用的延缓具有时效性,大约2周左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 Field plot experiment was conducted to study the effect of spraying three kinds of external phytohormones(gibberellin3,6-benzyladenien and brassinolide) on the leaves senescence in the late growth period of the late-season rice.Some senescence indexes including the plasma membrane permeability,content of MDA,activities of SOD and CAT were determined.The results showed as follows: all kinds of external phytohormones could delay leaves senescence,increase the seed setting rate,and increase the yield,in which 6-BA did best.However,the effect of external phytohormones on delaying leaves senescence had the time limitation and the time of efficacy was about two weeks.更多还原
