井冈山自然保护区南方红豆杉群落优势种种间联结性研究
Interconnection among Dominant Plant Populations of Taxus Chinesis var. mairei Community in Jinggang Mountain Natural Reserve
【摘要】 采用2×2联列表,通过方差分析、x2-检验、联结系数AC值、Jaccard指数及点相关指数对井冈山南方红豆杉群落样地中出现频率较高的13个种群的种间联结进行了定量分析,结果表明:井冈山南方红豆杉群落13个优势种群的总体种间关联性呈无关联,反映该群落处演替阶段;13个优势种群的种间联结关系中4个种对具有较强的正联结,11个种对具有较强的负联结。78个种对中,种对联结关系都未达到显著水平,种对间的独立性相对较强,这种种间联结的松散性可能与目前群落的发展阶段及种本身的生态学特性有关。目前,群落处于演替阶段。
【Abstract】 In this paper,Adopting the 2×2 contingenecy table,the analysis of different indices including the analysis of Variance, χ2-test, association coefficient(AC), Jaccard index and point correlation index were used to investigate the species association between 13 dominant populations in Taxus community.The result show that there exist no correlation among the 13 dominant populations, which suggests that the Taxus community is succession. Theχ2 _ test indicated that among these 13 dominant populations, 4 species pairs exhibited highly positive association, 11 species pairs exhibited highly negative association. All of the total 78 species pairs did not show significant association, this may be related to the seral stage of the community and the ecological characteristics of investigated species. Based on the results, it might be inferred that the community was at a successional stage.
