电梯导轨反弯矫直弹塑性变形分析

【摘要】 电梯导轨是电梯的重要组成部件,它的平直度直接影响电梯的运行性能,如平稳度、噪声等。本文应用材料力学与弹塑性力学理论,分阶段推导了电梯导轨T型钢进入弹塑性弯曲变形时中性层的变化规律及弯矩的表达式,给出了弯矩比与弹区比的关系式,为其矫直参数的设计计算提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 A guide rail is an important part of an elevator.Its flatness affects directly the performance of the elevator such as stability,noise and so on.Using materials mechanics and elastic-plastic mechanics,we deduce the laws of change of a neutral plane of the guide rail during the four deformation stages and the expressions of its bending moment when the T-section steel of the guide rail comes to the stage of elastic-plastic bending deformation.In addition,we present the relation curves of bending moment ratio and elastic zone ratio during the four deformation stages.This analysis is of reference value for the design and calculation of straightening parameters.
