油气润滑滚动轴承试验装置的研制

【摘要】 根据油气润滑技术的特点,研制了一台可以用于油气润滑滚动轴承的试验装置。该装置具有对加载、转速、油气润滑的供油量、供气量、进气位置等参数的调整功能,能对滚动轴承外圈温度变化过程进行测试。通过一组具体的试验,证明该试验装置达到了预期的功能要求。与传统的连续供油润滑方式相比,采用油气润滑方式,可以使滚动轴承的温升速度大大降低,表明油气润滑与传统润滑方式相比的确具有十分显著的优越性。

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of oil and air lubrication,the paper carried out the research and development of an experimental device for a rolling bearing lubricated with oil and air.The experimental device is capable of adjusting the parameters such as loading,rotational speed,lubrication oil flow rate,lubrication air flow rate,oil-feeding position and capable of testing the temperature change in the outer ring of the rolling bearing.A series of experiments proves that the experimental device meets its anticipated functional requirements.Compared with the conventional lubrication with continued oil supply,the oil and air lubrication can greatly reduce the temperature rise speed of the rolling bearing,thus possessing obvious advantages over conventional lubrication.
