全自动锡膏印刷机人机界面的图形化设计与实现
Graphic Design and Implement of Human-Machine Interface for Full Automatic Solder Printer
【摘要】 应用LabVIEW的图形化编程环境,开发了一种全自动锡膏印刷机的人机界面。基于LabVIEW中的状态机结构及事件驱动编程,提出了一种将控制集中在数字小键盘上实现的方法。应用SubPanel的动态调用(DynamicLoad)功能,满足了锡膏印刷机对复杂人机界面的友好使用要求。实验证明,本文设计的人机界面高效,稳定性好,便捷易用。
【Abstract】 A kind of human-machine interface (HMI) for full automatic solder printer is developed by using the powerfulgraphic programming environment of LabVIEW. Based on the state machine and event-driven programming structures a method of controlling the machine through a keypad is presented. Through dynamic load to a sub panel, a friendly pop-up menu is developed to meet the requirement of the complicated HMI system. Experiments show that the HMI system developed in this paper is effective, stable and convenient.
