一种实用的数控系统内置式PLC设计
An Applied Design of Built-in PLC in CNC System
【摘要】 本文分析了内置式PLC在数控系统中的结构原理,介绍了一种实用的设计方案。从规划PLC的控制命令、I/O地址、内部寄存器资源开始展开论述,并结合软件结构,说明了PLC的编辑和存储结构、循环扫描执行等模块。实际应用表明该设计容易实现,运行良好。
【Abstract】 The structure of Built-in PLC in CNC System is analyzed in this paper,and then an applied design is introduced.The PLC Command,I/O address,internal relay resource,the structure of the software,edits modules,memory frame and execution cycle are described in detail.The application shows that the design project works well and can be achieved easily.
