超声波无溶剂条件下对氯苯甲醛与硝基甲烷的缩合反应
Solventless Ultrasounic Condensation of 4-Chlorobenzaldehydes and Nitromethane
【摘要】 在超声波作用和无溶剂条件下,对氯苯甲醛与硝基甲烷发生缩合反应得到了β-硝基烯。最佳反应条件为反应时间2h,物料配比为n(对氯苯甲醛)∶n(硝基甲烷)∶n(氢氧化钠)=1∶40∶2.5。在此最佳反应条件下,β-硝基烯产率为80%。
【Abstract】 β-Nitroalkene was synthesized by reaction of 4-chlorobenzaldehyde with nitromethane under ultrasounic irradiation with a condition of solventless system.The optimum conditions were as follows :the reaction time was 2 hours and n(4-chlorobenzaldehyde)∶n(nitromethane)∶n(sodium hydroxide)=1∶40∶2.5.Under the above-mentioned conditions the yield of β-Nitroalkene was 80%.
