【Abstract】 Latent functional group has many advantages in organic synthesis. Heterocyclic compounds are very important in contemporary organic synthesis. In this paper, from the viewpoint of latent functional group, application and development of heterocyclic compounds such as furan nucleus and thiofuran nucleus used in organic synthesis as pre-functional group are introduced.
