固体超强酸催化水解1,2-环氧环己烷制备反式1,2-环己二醇
Preparing trans-1,2-Cyclohexanediol by Hydrolysis of 1,2-Epoxycyclohexane Using Solid Super Acid as Catalyst
【摘要】 研究了利用固体超强酸催化剂SO24-/TiO2催化水解1,2-环氧环己烷制备1,2-环己二醇的工艺,并确定了较佳的水解工艺条件催化剂用量为0.35%,反应温度在(50±2)℃,反应时间为45min,1,2-环氧环己烷与水的物质的量比为n(C6H10O)∶n(H2O)=1∶30。产品收率达90%。
【Abstract】 Technology of catalytic hydrolysis for preparing trans-1, 2-cyclohexanediol from 1,2-epoxycyclohexane in the presence of solid super acid catalyst SO 2- 4/ TiO2 was investigated. The optimum conditions for hydrolysis were obtained: mass fraction of catalyst in reactant was 0.35%, reaction temperature was (50±2) ℃, reaction time was 45 min, and the molar ratio of 1,2-epoxycyclohexane to water n(C6H 10 O)∶n(H2O)=1∶30. The total yield of final product was about 90%.
