【摘要】 在醇-水体系中,以合成的2-辛硫基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑为配体,制备了Keggin结构钼硅杂多阴离子有机衍生物的纳米颗粒用作纳米润滑油添加剂,以透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热分析仪(TG-DTA)等测试手段对该纳米颗粒的形貌、组成和结构进行了表征,并在机械式四球长时抗磨损试验机上考察了其摩擦学性能。分散性实验结果表明,化合物在有机溶剂中有良好分散;红外光谱表明,合成的纳米颗粒具有杂多酸Keggin骨架结构无机核;透射电镜分析表明,颗粒平均粒径约为20 nm;热分析显示,分解温度为220~370℃,在最佳添加质量分数0.05%时,测试条件为:载荷300 N,时间30 m in,转速1 450 r/m in下,可使磨斑直径减小43.4%,摩擦系数减小23.6%。

【Abstract】 Heteropoly anion siliconmolybdate nanoparticles were synthesized in a water-ethanol solution with 2-octylthio-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole as ligands for additive of lubricating oil.Structure of the nanoparticles was characterized by TEM,SEM,FTIR and TG-DTA,and the tribological properties as additive in rapeseed oil were investigated with a four-ball tribometer.Dispersity test of the compound shows that it disperses in organic solvents except ether.TEM shows that the mean graininess of the compound is about 20 nm.FTIR spectrum indicates that the nanoparticles have a Keggin structure.TG and DTA curves of the nanopaticles show that the decomposition temperature of Keggin structure is between 220 and 370 ℃.When the additive mass fraction is 0.05%,the load is 300 N,the test time is 30 min,and the rotation speed is 1 450 r/min,the tribological spot will decrease by 43.4%,and the friction coefficient will decrease by 23.6%.
