化学镀制备激光ICF磁性PS靶材的研究

【摘要】 为了制备可以在磁场中悬浮的ICF靶丸材料,采用化学镀法对PS微球包覆Ni-P合金磁性镀层,并用正交实验确定了最佳工艺条件。采用XRD、SEM、DSC、VSM分析了镀层结构、形貌以及磁性。结果表明,Ni-P镀层在PS微球表面沉积均匀,表面光滑;微球的饱和磁化强度为2.130 A/m,所具有的磁性可使其在磁场中悬浮;化学镀Ni-P合金层最佳工艺条件为:ρ(NiSO4.6H2O)=40 g/L,ρ(NaH2PO2)=25 g/L,ρ(柠檬酸钠)=50 g/L,pH=10,温度为40℃。

【Abstract】 For the purpose of magnetic PS targets materials that can be suspended in magnetic field used in inertial confinement fusion,a chemical plating method was adopted to prepare such magnetic materials with Ni-P magnetic layer.XRD,SEM,DSC and VSM were used to measure the structure,the morphology and magnetism of as-prepared samples.These studies reveal that the saturated magnetism of PS targets materials with smooth Ni-P layer on the surface is 2.130 A/m,which is enough for PS targets materials to suspend in magnetic field.The optimal experiment parameters are NiSO4·6H2O 40 g/L,NaH2PO2 25 g/L,sodium citrate 50 g/L,pH 10 and temperature 40 ℃.
