白腐真菌-活性污泥联用降解染料废水
Combined White Rot Fungus-Activated Sludge Process for Treatment of Dye Wastewater
【摘要】 建立了白腐真菌生物膜反应器,并对其运行参数进行了调试优化。确定最佳停留时间是3 d,采用白腐真菌-活性污泥系统对模拟染料废水和实际染料废水进行了处理,实验结果证明了白腐真菌-兼氧-好氧工艺的可行性。实际染料废水经白腐真菌-兼氧-好氧系统处理,各阶段停留时间分别为72、16、14 h,最终脱色率达到99.0%,COD去除率为94.4%。
【Abstract】 A white rot fungus biomembrane reactor system was set up,and the optimal operation parameters of the reactor system were ascertained.Optimal residence time(HRT) is 3 d.White rot fungus-activated sludge system was used in the treatment of simulated dye wastewater and actual dye wastewater,and experimental result proved the feasibility of the white rot fungus-facultative-aerobic process.The decolorization rate and COD removal rate of the actual dye wastewater are 99.0% and 94.4% respectively after being treated by the combined white rot fungus-facultative-aerobic process,and the HRT of each phase was 72,16 and 14 h respectively.
