溶致性液晶高分子PBO的合成及表征

【摘要】 以4,6-二氨基-1,3-苯二酚盐酸盐和对苯二甲酸为原料,在多聚磷酸介质中经溶液缩聚,得到聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)。通过实验得到最佳条件是:聚合反应在减压及氮气保护下进行,聚合温度100~180℃,控制最终w(P2O5)=82%~84%。采用傅里叶红外光谱、激光拉曼光谱、元素分析对PBO的结构进行了表征,热重分析结果表明,PBO在N2中失重5%和10%分别对应540、636℃,在O2中失重5%和10%分别对应470、515℃,在甲基磺酸中、(30±0.1)℃测得PBO特性黏度为25.4 dL/g。

【Abstract】 Poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole)(PBO) was prepared by polycondensation of 4,6-diamino-1,3-benzenediol dihydrochloride with terephthalic acid in polyphosphoric acid.Under the optimum conditions,the reaction was carried out in nitrogen atmosphere under reducd pressure at 100~180 ℃,controlling w(P2O5)=82%~84% at the end of reaction.Properties of the polymer obtained were characterized by FTIR spectroscopy,elementary analysis and Raman spectroscopy.As determined by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),weight loss of PBO in nitrogen was 5% and 10% at 540 ℃ and 636 ℃,weight loss of PBO in oxygen was 5% and 10% at 470 ℃ or 515 ℃.The intrinsic viscosity of PBO in methanesulfonic acid was 25.4 dL/g at(30±0.1) ℃.
