【Abstract】 In information age,faced with new challenges,the nature of libraries has changed a lot in market economy.New technology calls for new services that should be increasingly based upon network,and libraries depend more and more on science and technology.Therefore,librarians are required to keep pace with the times,to reinforce their political and ideological education,to enhance their professional abilities,to advocate team-work spirit and to be psychologically strong.In doing so,a librarian,as an ably professional server of information,is able to fulfill the mission endowed by the new age.更多还原
