【Abstract】 To improve the success rate of ERP implementation in enterprises and facing the problems of evaluation methods selection during the ERP implementation,reviewed a serial represen-tative classic evaluation methods according to different sorts of method. Analysed the characters of each evaluation method and compared their properties of advantages and disadvantages and the adaptability of each method. Summarized the future development trends of evaluation methods. Proposed proper evaluation methods to match different stages of ERP implementation to ensure the evaluation result is accurate and effective.更多还原
