纤维缠绕张力的模糊自适应PID控制
Fuzzy adaptive PID tension control for filament winding
【摘要】 设计了一种模糊自适应PID控制器,运用于以运动控制器(PMAC)为核心、直流力矩电机为执行元件的数控纤维缠绕张力控制系统;上位机根据PMAC采集的张力数据进行模糊运算处理、整定后获得优化的PID参数,传送给PMAC实施张力控制。研究表明:与常规PID控制器相比,张力超调量、波动显著减小。在此基础上,提出了这种控制算法的实现方法,为实际的应用奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a novel proportional-integral-derivative (PID) self-adaptive controller by fuzzy adaptive mechanism for the tension control of filament winding system using motion controller (PMAC) as core and DC torque motor as actuator. PMAC collect tension data and control the motor with tuned PID parameters which is tuned by upper computer. A comparative study shows that the overshoot and the fluctuation of tension decrease considerably. Furthermore, the specific realization of this algorithm is designed for actual purpose.
