装载机动态称重系统的硬件设计与实验研究
Realization of hardware and research of experiment for dynamic weighing system of wheel loaders
【摘要】 若能实现装载机在正常作业的同时进行动态称重,将会带来显著的经济效益和社会效益,本文主要针对装载机动态称重系统的硬件设计和实现进行分析。首先针对装载机动态称重的特点,制定了合理的测量方案;之后设计并搭建了硬件平台将其实现;最后通过在山东临工进行的大量现场实验,验证了本系统的单斗最大误差在±5%以内,累计误差在±1%以内,证明设计是成功的,可以将其投入到现场应用中。
【Abstract】 If there was a dynamic weighing system for wheel loaders, it could bring us a considerable benefit. Therefore, in this thesis, the design of the hardware and the realization of experiment of dynamic aweighing system for wheel loader will be mainly discussed. First of all, to the characteristics of the dynamic weighing of wheel loaders, we set up an appropriate project, and then designed a hardware platform to realize it. At last we did a large amount of experiments in Shandong Lin Gong factory. In the experiment, the single error of our system is within ±5%,and its total error is within ±1%.It proves that the design of our system is successful, and it can be used in the practice applications.
