基于虚拟仪器的自动绕线机箱体振动特性在线检测

【摘要】 利用虚拟仪器代替传统仪器进行自动绕线机箱体振动特性的在线检测。NI公司的PCI-6221数据采集卡被用于虚拟仪器的信号测量与数据采集,Labview软件平台被用于虚拟仪器的数据采集、分析及结果输出的开发,从而构筑了一台完整的虚拟仪器。利用此仪器进行绕线机的振动特性测试,在线对振动特性进行初步分析,同时将测试结果进行文件保存,以供后续诊断以及优化使用。

【Abstract】 The virtual instrument instead of the traditional instrument was adopted to do the on-line vibration property testing on the housing of the automation winding machine. The PCI-6221 data acquisition card made by NI company was used for the signal testing and data acquisition, and the Labview IDE was used for the development of the data acquisition?analysis and result output software module, finally a whole virtual instrument was built. The virtual instrument was used for the vibration testing on the housing of the automation winding machine, and then the on-line vibration property analysis was carried out, at the same time the testing results were saved as files, which could be used by the future diagnosis and optimization.
