基于SCARA机器人视觉系统的集成软件开发
Integration Software Development Based on the Vision System of Scara Robot
【摘要】 文中基于4自由度SCARA机器人的视觉集成系统,在VisualC++环境下开发了一套实用软件。实验证明,利用该软件在实验室自然光线下对目标物体进行抓取实验,达到了位置及角度的精度要求,能够准确地抓取目标物体。
【Abstract】 A set of software is developed based on the vision system of 4-dof SCARA robot in this paper. Experiment and research are carried out using Visual C++ language. On the basis of result of experiment, it realized the needed position and angle precision, which ensured that the object is snatched exactly in the nature beam of lab.
