棉花机械化连续制钵机的研究

【摘要】 针对现有棉花制钵机存在生产率低、易磨损件与控制点较多、不能实现连续制钵等缺陷,研究了棉花连续制钵工艺,并研制出一种新型高效对滚式棉花连续制钵机。试验结果表明:该制钵工艺既能满足棉花育苗、移栽的农艺要求,又适合机械化生产要求,机具具有生产效率高、工作性能稳定、成钵质量好等特点,是一种连续、高效、实用的棉花机械化制钵机。

【Abstract】 Aim at these problems such as lower working efficiency, more wearing parts, more control units, and not realizing uninterrupted work in the process of the cotton nutrition bowl-making. A new-style uninterrupted bowl-making technology for cotton was researched and its machine was developed. The article has introduced the basic components, working principle, capability parameter of this device, and research of the several key designed projects. Experimental results showed that this device has higher working efficiency, working capability stabilization, the better quality of bowl-making, and suits agricultural need in cotton plant process. The device is a kind of new-style, efficient and useful machine for cotton mechanized bowl-making.
