离心泵内流场的三维数值模拟及流动分析
The 3D Numerical Simulation and Analysis on Internal Flow Field in Centrifugal Pump
【摘要】 采用标准-湍流模型和SIMPLEC算法,对离心泵内流场三维不可压湍流流动进行数值模拟,分析因泵体的非对称结构以及叶轮、蜗壳间较小间隙导致的内流场非对称性。并以计算流体力学(CFD)分析结果为依据,对离心泵蜗壳进行了优化设计,揭示了泵内流道的压力及速度分布规律,为离心泵的性能预测、水力设计及优化设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The standard k-ε Turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm are applied to simulate the three-dimension internal flow field turbulence flow which can’t be compressed in centrifugal pump, analyzing the asymmetry of internal flow that is conduced by the asymmetrical structure of pump and the lesser light interval between impeller and volute casing, designing the volute casing of centrifugal pump optimization by the analysis result of the computation hydromechanics(CFD), finding the distribute law of pressure and velocity in internal flow field of pump, providing basis for the performance prediction, the hydraulic design and the optimization design of the centrifugal pump.
