齿轮变速箱的集成稳健优化设计
Aggregation Robust Optimal Design of Automobile’s Change Speed Gearbox
【摘要】 将优化设计理论与稳健设计方法相结合,讨论汽车变速箱的集成稳健优化设计问题。在单目标优化的基础上,以体积最小和噪声最低两个设计属性为目标,利用集成稳健优化设计对汽车变速箱的多目标多属性进行数学建模,从而将集成稳健设计归结为满足稳健要求的多目标优化问题。数值算例表明,该方法是一种实用的稳健设计优化方法。
【Abstract】 Combining the optimal design theory with robust design,the aggregation optimal robust design for automobile’s change speed gearbox is discussed.Based on optimizing the single objective,the least volume and the lowest noise as the objective,the multiple-objective and multiple-attribute of the gearbox are modeled using aggregation robust optimal design,and the aggregation robust design is described as a multiple-objection optimization.According to the result,the approach proposed is a practical robust optimal design method.
