【摘要】 目的:探讨PCNA,CD44V6在胃癌的发生、发展及转移中的临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法对46例胃癌及癌旁组织中PCNA和CD44V6表达进行检测。结果:胃癌中PCNA阳性表达率34/46(73.91%)明显高于癌旁组织11/46(23.91%),而CD44V6在胃癌中的表达率为(71.74%,33/46),癌旁组织中未见CD44V6表达。两者的表达与年龄,性别,肿瘤大小无相关性,而与淋巴结转移有显著相关。PCNA与分化程度显著相关,而CD44V6则与之无关。在TNM分期中,CD44V6在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期中的表达显著高于Ⅰ期,而PCNA与TNM分期无明显相关。PCNA与CD44V6共同阳性表达有31例,共同阴性表达10例,两者差异有统计学意义。结论:PCNA和CD44V6是胃癌发生发展的重要因素,CD44V6可作为胃癌淋巴结转移的指标,PCNA可评价胃癌细胞的增殖状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical significance and relationship of the expression of PCNA and CD44V6 in the occurrence and development of gastriccarcinomas.Methods:PCNA and CD44V6 expressions were detected in 46 specimens of gastric carcinomas and pericarcinoma tissues by the methods of immunohistochemistry. Results:The positive rate of PCNA expression 34/46(73.91%) was significantly higher than that in pericarcinoma tissues11/46(23.91%).The positive rate of CD44V6 was 33/46(71.74%) in gastriccarcinomas,but it was not expressed in pericarcinoma tissues.The positive expression of PCNAand CD44V6 was correlated with lymphnode metastasis of gastric carcinomas.The positive expression of PCNA was correlated with the degree of differentiation but not with clinical stage.CD44V6 expression was correlated with clinical stage,but not with the degree of differentiation.The expression of PCNA and CD44V6 was not correlated with sex, age and tumor size. PCNA and CD44V6 are in expressed positively 31specimens of 46 specimens,while they are in expressed negatively 10 specimens of 46 specimens. Conclusion:The abnormal expressions of PCNA and CD44V6 were important factors in the occurrence,development of gastric carcinoma,specially CD44V6 was an important index in the lymphnode metastasis of gastric carcinoma.The detection of PCNA has clinic value in gastric cancer proliferating cell. So the detection of PCNAand CD44V6 implies important significance for gastric carcinoma diagnosis,prgonosis and treatment.更多还原
