信号交叉口行人与右转机动车冲突的处理
Dealing with Conflict Between Pedestrian and Right turning Vehicle in Signalized Intersection
【摘要】 在分析行人与右转机动车冲突类型的基础上,运用Vissim仿真手段确定采用信号控制分离两者冲突的临界流量条件。提出在信号交叉口设置机动车右转专用道及右转专用相位条件下,设置合理的信号相位相序或早启行人相位,设置辅助标志的方法解决原本同相位放行的行人与右转机动车的冲突;分别采用设置足够绿灯间隔时间和行人过街安全岛,禁止右转机动车在红灯时通行的方法,解决行人与下一相位右转机动车的冲突,解决行人与红灯期间通行的右转机动车的冲突。
【Abstract】 When volumes of pedestrian and right turning vehicle in signalized intersection are large,conflict between them converts to be completed,which must be solved through signal control method in order to improve safety of pedestrian and efficiency of the whole intersection.On the basis of analyzing three different kinds of conflicts,the critical volume level of pedestrian and right turning vehicle was decided with Vissim.Then,a method of setting reasonable phase sequence or starting pedestrian signal phase earlier with additional signs was proposed,which could deal with conflict between pedestrian and right turning vehicles in the same phase originally on condition of right turning lane and right turning phase.Moreover,the methods of setting enough intergreen interval and pedestrian refuge islands were proposed to deal with conflict between pedestrian and right turning vehicles in the next phase.Finally,vehicles turning right on red were prohibited to avoid conflict on such condition.
