【Abstract】 Employment is important to the employers,students,and schools.This paper,based on the teaching practice system throughout the four years,puts forward a butt-joint platform linking higher education with companies recruiting university graduates.Through the transformation from study to career,from declarative knowledge to procedural knowledge,and from knowledge to ability,the students implement the transformation of roles in career,and prepare well for their future career.更多还原
