【摘要】 从现代城市的演化特点出发,利用整体效率的思想,把交通系统满足城市交通需求的正效应以及环境污染、能源消耗的社会负效应联系起来,推导出在一定的经济、土地、环境、人口、交通设施的约束下交通结构与土地利用的多目标优化模型,并且给出了模型的求解算法。从整体效率的角度研究城市土地利用,能够为可持续发展的城市交通运输系统规划建设与土地利用提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the characteristics of city’s progress, using the idea of general efficiency, a multi-objective programming model under certain restrictions of economy, land, environment, population was deduced, in which satisfying the plus efficacy of transport demands and negative efficacy in environment pollution and resource consuming were concerned, then, a solving method was proposed at last.
