【摘要】 工程量清单计价模式是对原有定额计价模式的改进,也是公路施工项目成本管理改革的必然结果。尽管公路施工预算的编制较为灵活,但目前并没能真正与工程量清单报价结合起来,顺应项目成本管理改革的需要,达到有效控制并降低项目成本的目的。针对这种情况,结合工程量清单报价与施工预算的关系比较,分析并找出它们之间的切合点,作为公路施工项目成本管理改革的一个方向,这是值得深入研究探讨的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bill valuation mode had improved the conventional ration valuation mode,and it is also the inevitable consequence of reforming the cost management of highway construction project.Though compiling highway construction budget is very flexible,it is not combination with bill of quantities quotation rightly to meet the need of project cost management and get the aim of effective controlling and reducing project cost.According to this condition,the reform direction of project cost management is comparing the bill of quantities quotation and construction budget,and then finding the common relationship between them.更多还原
