从高银粗铜中回收铜、银的电解实践

【摘要】 <正>某厂从脆硫铅锑矿冶炼渣中综合回收所得的粗铜含铜低、含银和铅高。此前该厂每年仅产高杂粗铜20吨,采用直接外卖的方法将富含Cu、Ag的粗铜作中间产品折价出售,除去所需加工成本,每年由此带来的经济损失约60万元。近年来随着技改的深入和生产规模的扩大,2005年粗铜产量达120吨,若折价出

【Abstract】 The crude Copper with high content Silver recovered from the concentrate of Antimony-Lead Sulfide has to sell at lower price. It can bring remarkable economic benefits if Copper and Silver can be separately recovered by electrolysis process. In this research ,we studied the influence of electrolysis in the electrolyte of Cu(NO3)2 and HN03.Finally, the preferred conditions were chosen and the aim of producing Cathode Copper reached and concentrating Silver and other valuable metals was reached. The concentrate of the product Copper reached 99.03%~99.21%, Silver, Lead and other valuable metals were gathered in the anode mud, in which the content of Ag is 9.58%~13.42%, Pb8.24%~9.13%, Bi17.34%~20.67%, Sb9.19%~10.64%, Cu15.17%~21.36%. The results showed that the process could purify Copper and recover Silver and Other valuable metals,,
