【摘要】 在多品种小批量过程中,由于过程要素的频繁调整,各批次之间波动加大。为了补偿导致波动的随机自相关噪声,引进反馈控制,并提出多品种小批量过程的调整控制图。考虑调整以及监控等成本,调整控制图控制限设计以使总成本达到最小为依据。从而使得调整控制图不仅具备对多品种小批量加工过程的统计监控功能,还可在最小成本意义下,保证产品质量特性值几乎与目标值一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to frequent adjustment in multivariety-small batch production, more fluctuations rise between different runs, which are possibly resulted from correlated random noises.To compensate the effect, feedback control is introduced and an adjustment control chart is presented in multivariety-small batch productions.control limits are designed under the principle that makes the over-all considered costs minimum.both an unified monitoring and minimum-cost adjustment can thus be realized on the same control chart.
