数字样机环境下产品试验工况仿真技术

【摘要】 电工电子产品的环境试验多在产品开发后期进行,属于实物试验。在数字样机环境下采用CAE技术对产品环境试验工况进行仿真,可在实物样机制出前进行,能够有效地发现设计缺陷。研究了对手机类产品环境试验的静态施压和自由跌落试验工况进行仿真的方法。试验仿真的重要内容是装配体结构的有限元离散。文中采用了针对小型复杂结构的离散化方法——分区法,成功地进行了手机装配体的有限元网络划分。对手机静态施压和自由跌落试验后的响应进行了仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The environmental examination of electronic products is always performed with real product in the anaphase of their development. With CAE technology, the examination can be simulated before manufacturing, and the flaws in design can be known. The simulating method for static forcing and natural drop of environmental examination for mobile phone products was studied. A main job of simulation, for such complex minitype structure as mobile phone, is structure meshing of assembly. A partition meshing method was discussed, and a sample mobile phone was successfully meshed with this method. The response of static forcing and free drop of a mobile phone was simulated, and the results are analyzed.
