汽轮机叶片并联抛光机系统的研究
The study of parallel polishing machine tool system for turbine blade
【摘要】 汽轮机叶片抛光采用人工抛光方法。基于并联机床的设计理论和发展现状,研究开发一种自动抛光的方法即采用并联机床实现叶片的抛光。在UG环境下完成叶片造型和并联机床的建模和抛光仿真。为今后实现叶片抛光自动化奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 At present the polishing of the Turbine blade is carried out manually. Based on the design theory and development of Parallel Machine Tools, this paper researches and develops an automated polishing method to finish the polishing of the turbine blade in Parallel Machine Tool. The solid modeling of the Turbine blade, the modeling and polishing simulation of the Parallel Machine Tool are carried out on the UG Environment. This research provides the foundation for achieving the automated polishing of the blade.
