【摘要】 Y形三通管接头在管道系统中是最常用的连接部件之一。将图解法和计算法相结合,用计算机进行数据计算、绘图,以代替图解法的手工作图,从而快速精确地展开由一个圆柱管和两个圆锥管组成的任意夹角的Y形三通管接头。用VC++6.0编程生成专用软件,根据用户输入的Y形三通管参数,完成计算和图形显示,同时将计算数据转换成DXF文件,供AutoCAD直接调用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Y-shaped three-way connection pipe is an important part in the system of pipes. In this paper, in order to obtain the three-way connection pipes’ unfolded drawing, the diagrammatic unfolding method and numeration unfolding method were combined together, the computer was used to calculate and draw, instead of the hand work in diagrammatic unfolding method, consequently the three-way connection pipe with one columniform pipe and two coniform pipes will be unfolded rapidly and accurately. By means of the expert program based on VC++6.0, user can input different parameters of the three-way pipe to accomplish the calculation and graphics visualization, meanwhile the relevant DXF file will be created and the data will be transferred into AutoCAD environment.更多还原
