飞剪机的发展与思考

【摘要】 对某大型钢铁企业引进的三代飞剪机进行了较为详尽的分析,给出了三代飞剪机的机构简图。由于电气技术的发展而引起了飞剪机设计的变革,使以往复杂的机械设备设计变得简单明快。三代飞剪机综合性能的不断改善和提高,一方面是高新技术在传统的机械设备上应用的结晶,也是设计者不断追求机械机构设计的最佳化的结果。机电一体化设计相辅相成,设计者应改变设计思路,进行创新设计。本文或许对我国自己独立知识产权设备的研发能起一定的启发作用。

【Abstract】 In this paper, some detailed analyses were made and mechanism schematics were given for flying shears of three generations imported from abroad by a large-scale iron and steel enterprise. It was pointed out that with the development of electric appliance; the great revolution has been produced in the design of flying shears. Modern electrical elements and control techniques have greatly simplified the complicated construction of flying shears and improved the synthetic performance. And, the development of flying shears also owe much to designers’ conscious dynamic seeking for the optimum design. Mechanical-electrical integration designs complement each other. It may be a meaningful revelation for us how to bring forth new ideas in designing mechanical equipment of independent intellectual property rights.
