【Abstract】 To improve working efficiency, the model of front-moldboard in clamping unit of injection molding machine was established, and preprocessed about FEM by Pro/E. The powerful operation function of ANSYS was applied, and the stress of front-moldboard was analysed. The results of traditional method and directly guided model’s method were compared and discussed. Simple and convenient of this method was proved and basic accuracy ensured.更多还原
