新型气-电控制张力系统的研究
The research of new tension system controlled by pneumatic-electricty
【摘要】 介绍了一种采用PLC单片机作为主控制器,以低摩擦气缸和交流变频电机为执行元件的新型张力闭环控制系统。系统中采用摆杆机构和角度传感器来反映纤维张力变化,以取代半径检测装置和张力传感器,具体介绍了张力控制系统的组成以及数学模型的建立等。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new tension sensor is introduced. The system use PLC singlechip as the main controller, low friction air cylinder and AC frequency conversion motor as the executing element. In the system, the change of fiber tension is detected by wobbly lever and angle sensor which is used to replace the radius check device and the tension sensor. The composition of the tension control system and the establishment of the mathematical model are presented concretely.
